RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

1. All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age with valid license. Must provide photocopy of license for renter and any additional authorized drivers on contract. Rental Contract must be in the same name as the credit card being used.

2. Proof of Insurance required. Renters insurance company is primary should any incidence occur, subject to validation. Copy of Insurance proof required. We do not offer damage waivers. Rentals used for business, deliveries, personnel transportation or for hire are prohibited.

3. No spot rentals. All rentals require 24 hr advance pickup notice.

4. Visa, MasterCard and Discover ONLY. Debit cards not accepted. Require photocopy of front and back of card. Cards will be pre-authorized prior to rental pick-up.

5. No shows will be billed $ 25.00 unless rental is cancelled 24 hours in advance of scheduled pick-up.

6. No Smoking allowed in rental vehicles. Pet Policy: Domesticated pets are allowed to travel in vehicles, however Excessive pet hair, soiling or damage caused by animals may result in extra charges.

7. Fuel tank will be full at pick up, vehicle must be returned with fill tank or rental contract will be charged the cost of re-fueling to full plus an additional $ 5.00 service fee.

8. Two day minimum rental on weekends (Friday or Saturday pickups).

9. Continental US rentals only. Rentals not permitted into Canada or Mexico.

10. Late Returns without prior contract approval will be charged an additional $150.00 per day charge in addition to regular daily rental rates.

Note: While renting, if you are leaving a vehicle here on our lot we may ask that you leave a key for that vehicle in case we should need to move for snow plowing or lawn mowing.
